Where are job photos stored?

JobSeal processes them on your device. This version does not upload job photos to Ball & Ember Works.

Is a JobSeal a legal contract?

No. It is a completion and acknowledgement record. It does not replace your contract or legal advice.

Can I keep a separate evidence copy?

Yes. Save the printable PDF and download the fingerprinted evidence package.

Does it work without internet?

Activate online once, then supported browsers can cache JobSeal for offline use on that device. Keep a downloaded copy of your records.

Privacy

JobSeal does not require an account and does not send entered job information, photos or signatures to Ball & Ember Works. Standard hosting logs may record technical visit information. Activation sends your licence code and a random device identifier to our server to check access and flag additional devices; it does not send your job records.

Licence

A purchase grants one business a non-transferable lifetime licence for its own work, with one device activated initially. Contact us to review an additional device or replacement. Resale, redistribution and misrepresentation of authorship are prohibited.

Refunds

Please use the seven-day free trial before purchasing. Purchases are final except where a refund or other remedy is required by law. Other refund requests may be considered at James Ball’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Contact republicofjim@gmail.com with your order reference.
